Application Forms

Application forms are available at Chatham Charter which will allow you to apply for your child to attend school here.  Forms are also available for currently enrolled students who are re-enrolling for next year and sibling enrollment.

Applications for the 2010-2011 will begin January 3, 2011.

Student Agreement Forms

CCS After School Program

Chatham Charter School offers an after school program for a small fee. This program is available to all children who are enrolled in our school.  A contract must be signed for your child to attend.
