We urge all parents to join and be active in our PTSA.
Chatham Charter School - P.O. Box 245, 2200 Hamp Stone Road, Siler City, NC 27344 - (919)-742-4550
The PTSA is a group of dedicated, energetic and determined individuals who raise money to assist in the financial demands of Chatham Charter School. All money raised is used for improvements on school grounds, equipment and educational materials needed for students and staff at CCS.
The PTSA leaders are Annette Roberson, Mindy Snider, and Amy Brewer, each have children attending Chatham Charter School. Along with parents, staff and students, the PTSA has been able to fund multiple projects.
Fundraisers
In the early fall, students and parents sell novelty items and wrapping paper earning a fifty-percent profit for the school. This has become our second largest fundraiser.
On a monthly basis volunteers collect coins and donations for the PTSA fund. Change for Chatham Charter is a fun and simple way to increase donations on a consistent basis. Most months, two hundred fifty to three hundred dollars is raised in change
Our annual Spring Carnival is a favorite for all! Parents, grandparents, students, and staff work together to make this a fun-filled event. The community, local business owners, local law enforcement, and local business owners donate their time, equipment, and sponsorship to make our carnival a success. An average of seven thousand dollars is raised in a three hour span of time.
