READING ROCKS FUNDRAISER
Chatham Academy will be sponsoring a fundraiser for the ongoing
construction of the Chatham Charter School Gymnasium. Students and parents
are asked to work together to secure pledges from family and friends for the
amount of time students spend reading during the week of October 20th -
October 24th. Family and friends may pledge to donate money for each minute,
half hour, or hour the student reads. Students will record information on
their pledge log and parents will sign. The logs will be brought to school
each day. Teachers will track individual students and class reading minutes.
Students are eligible to win daily prizes.

October 20th - 24th : Read and Log Daily Time
October 27th - 31st : Collect Pledges and Turn In Money

that averages the most number of reading minutes for the day)

the most reading minutes for the week)

(Student who averages the most reading minutes for the week)

ICE CREAM SUNDAE PARTY (Student
from each homeroom who collects the most money)

DAILY PRIZES (Students who
complete Reading Rocks Participation Logs will be entered into daily
drawings)
