Give & Receive: Plan for Getting Materials Back & Picking Up Other Items

Tuesday-Thursday, June 23-25, 9:00-4:00pm

We look forward to seeing everyone again next week. Each family (K-12) should make one trip to campus to bring back all school items and pick up anything the school has for them on the designated day in June by their last name. Staff will be on campus to assist. Wednesday, July 1, will be an alternate day for anyone out of town June 23-25. For the safety of your family and our staff, please practice social distancing, consider wearing masks, and make your visit brief.

Distance Learning Survey: Please use your phone and the QR code posted on campus to take a family survey while you are here.

Chromebook returns: If the Chromebook your student was issued has an problems, please lay a note on the keyboard with details before turning it back in. 

Athletic uniforms & awards: Unless your coach has given other instructions, return all athletic uniforms to the mezzanine. Student-athletes honored as a sport MVP All-Conference, or Athletes of the Year should pick up their awards on the mezzanine, too, unless their coach notifies them to pick up awards from the coach. (Come onto the mezzanine through the middle school hall, not the gym.)

Medical: Any students who have medications at school must pick them up at the lower building reception desk. Individual health plans or emergency action plans will be sent home with report cards to complete for 2020-2021 school year.

The Smokehouse Bistro food truck will be on campus June 23-25 during lunchtime in case anyone wants to purchase lunch. Families will do takeout. Staff is encouraged to use this option and not have to leave campus in case families come during lunchtime.
